Chef Danilo Recipe: Tuna Temaki

As I don’t know how to cook, I challenge chefs to cook with me in the hopes of becoming better at this art!


Danilo Moreira Lino, a professional chef that works at Omakase Wa, made us the perfect tuna temaki in the real traditional way - forget the cornettos. And now you can try his secret recipe at home!

Ingredients:

Fish - Tuna | Leek | Nori Sheet | Wasabi | Soy Sauce


Steps:


1. Cut & Prepare the Tuna

2. Braise the tuna

3. Cut the Nori Sheet like in the video

4. Add the sushi rice previously cooked

5. Add the wasabi

6. Add leek

7. Add the tuna

8. Roll it in the traditional temaki way



And voilà, your temaki is ready!
