What to Eat in Lisbon in One or Two Days

Short on time? You can still eat very well in Lisbon.


One-Day Food Itinerary

  • Morning: Pão de Deus + Pastel de nata + bica (the Lisbon way of saying espresso)

  • Lunch: Traditional tasca (for some codfish or a bitoque) + Wine

  • Afternoon: Bakery snacks (go to a bakery and explore what they still have there, we love good bread)

  • Dinner: Seafood restaurant (eat your weight in Seafood we love it, some clams, some lobster)





Two-Day Food Itinerary

  • Morning: Traditional carcaça with cheese and ham + galão (the Lisbon way of saying latte)

  • Lunch: Go to a Beach Bar (experience some grilled fresh fish)

  • Afternoon: Try other Portuguese sweets other than the pastel de nata (go to a bakery and explore what they still have there)

  • Dinner: Fado House Dinner (go to a Fado House and eat traditional food while listening to the most traditional style of music in Portugal)
