4 of my favorite hidden gems restaurants in Lisbon

2025 was a great year to try new restaurants around Lisbon and my favourites are always the underrated ones.

So here’s 4 restaurants that were my top 4 hidden gems of the year:

Familjen - oh my gosh, my TOP 1 restaurant of 2025, all dishes were incredibly and worth trying, the restaurant is cosy and all you need for an amazing date night

Arca - a hidden spot in Bairro Alto, which is often a neighbourhood you wnat to avoid to eat at, this place is with, great price quality and unique dishes; try the croquettes & the squid ink risotto

Taberna do Mar - a hidden spot in Graça that offers a fish tasting menu with 10 dishes for just 35€, a must try

Afterdark - by day, the sell sandwiches, by night, it transforms into a Japanese Izakaya, magical place with great food
