I enjoy new experiences, whether it’s cooking classes or sports, I am there! Lately, I’ve been searching around Lisbon and I discovered some really fun activities you must try when you’re in town.
So, get ready as I unveil them to you on the list below!
Escala 25
This one is for the brave ones! At Escala 25 you can master your climbing skills by doing it under one of the most iconic bridges in Lisbon - ponte 15 de abril. It’s an outdoor climbing gym and it’s safe for everyone. So, even if you’ve never tried it, this is your chance to pay them a visit and have fun! You’ll be able to track your progress with monitors who will keep you motivated throughout the whole experience - you’ll love the adrenaline of it all. This is a great group activity so gather up your friends and enjoy the rush of the heights!

Coffee Workshop
If you see yourself as Lorelai Gilmore and have a deep love for your coffee, what do you think about spending your Saturday afternoon learning and drinking coffee? If you think that would be amazing, Coffee in Brew Coffee Workshop is for you. Located in Rua Luciano Cordeiro, this is a two-hour workshop where you’ll learn all the basics about coffee: quality, what influences the extraction (and how to get it right), the tasting and much more. Also, you’ll learn all the techniques to make a great cup of coffee at home by going through the different methods, such as: French Press, Koar, Hario V60, Aeropress and Moka Pot. In the end, you’ll think you just got out of science class and will be amazed at the process. If this sounds like you, book your workshop ASAP!

Axe throwing
Feeling a bit sporty? UsaAxe Club is perfect to show off your sport skills while having a great time with your friends or, if we’re being bold, your date (you never know what throwing axes might do for you). Located in LX Factory, this is the ideal winter ice breaker ringue and you can also grab a quick bite there with their american style burgers. The environment is very chill and the decoration is spot on for the nostalgic vibes, as well as the table booths and music. Besides, don’t be worried about the safety part of the experience, because you’ll be supervised by a monitor at all times, so you won’t throw the axe the wrong way! What do you think?

Bachata classes
Two Left Feet is the perfect place for you to visit and add a little bit of bachata to your life! Even if you feel like you are indeed two left feet at dancing, here you’ll find a safe environment to learn or improve your skill while having fun and meeting strangers. You’ll learn a new dance style, the bachata, and also get familiar with a traditional one, the salsa. On mondays and wednesdays, for two hours straight at Bairro Alto, you’ll have your dancing queen moment - having fun is absolutely guaranteed. You don’t want to miss out on this activity so book your own now!
Cocktail workshop
The last one is for those interested in learning how to make proper cocktail. At Rumours bar in Alcântara you’ll find an amazing workshop that will put your creativity to the test. You’ll learn all about this craft, starting off with the basics. Then, you’re going to try four different recipes and how to personalise the traditional ones! This workshop will certainly inspire you. Also, this activity is a great idea for a date or just bring a group of friends and have fun! Did it spark your curiosity? If so, keep an eye on when is going to be the next one and secure your spot!

As you can see, Lisbon is definitely full of life and things to do, try, experience! Each one of these activities is unique and a great way to make new memories, as well as to explore what the town has to offer.
Whether you do it with a group of friends, with a date or alone, you’ll have a good time, that’s for sure!
