Less than 60 days before your trip: the trip is non-refundable - but it is transferable if we find someone else who wants to take your spot.

No refunds or credits for missed trips.

Full refund OR 100% credit if we need to cancel (due to weather, low sign-ups, etc.).

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We can arrange a private airport transfer as an add-on from the Bologna Airport (BLQ) to the Hotel. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes.

Yes! Traveling alone is a great way to meet new people, and many people will be coming solo. On this trip we’re all in it together and you’ll be part of the group from the moment you arrive.
You should fly into Bologna Airport in Italy (BLQ) but if you are already travelling you can also meet us on the first day of the trip at the hotel. Send us an email to where.to.lx@gmail.com
